• Step 1: Type REG in your mobile's write message menu.
• Step 2: Add a space and enter your 13-digit CNIC number without dashes.
• Step 3: Add a space and enter your Vehicle Registration / License Plate number.
• Step 4: Add a space and enter your Province Code (P, S, K, B, I, A, G).
• Step 5: Add a space and enter your Vehicle Registration Date in DDMMYYYY format.
• Step 6: Send the complete message to shortcode 9771.
